Shumicon 2025 Vendor applications will be collected via a Google Form.
Applications open 3.2.2025 at 9:00 and close on 23.2.2025 at 23:55.

General vendor information

• There are a total of 11 vending spots available. All spots are the same size, 2x2meters and cost 130€.
• We do not require vendor applicants to have an y-tunnus (Finnish business ID).
• All spots are sold without any furniture and the vendor is free to bring as many tables, racks and other furniture with them as long as everything they bring will fit within their vendor spot.
• It is possible to rent a table from Shumicon for 20€. The table is 152x76cm in size. Please note there are a limited amount of these tables, once they run out there are only 150x70cm size tables.
• Electricity is available to all vendor spots.
• The venue has a loading platform which should be used when bringing a considerable amount of products or furniture. Vendors who travel with only suitcases may enter via Stoa instead of the loading platform.
• The venue has access to the public network Stadinet, which may be overcrowded during the event. Vendors are recommended to bring their own wifi accesspoints or to share their mobile data with with their payment terminals.
• Vendors will be able to build their storefronts on Friday 23.5.2025. A more detailed schedule and instructions will be sent to chosen vendors separately.

Vendor hall rules

• All sales activity must happen within the purchased space. Holders or support structures reaching over the limit with some centimeters is not considered a rule violation.
• Sales activity must not endanger or cause disturbance to the event, attendees or other vendors in the hall. Sales activity must be inoffensive and abide by good manners. All political and religional activity is prohibited.
• All products and advertisements on display must be inoffensive and abide by good manners.
• All food or beverages on sale must be factory-made. The selling of self-made food or beverages is prohibited.
• R18 (K18) material or otherwise violent or disturbing material cannot be on display. R18 products can only be shown after checking the customer’s age. It is the vendor’s responsibility to check the customer’s age. Shumicon reserves the right to demand products to be hidden, should Shumicon consider them to be R18 material.
• Products and marketing material created with generative AI are strictly prohibited in the Vendor Hall. Shumicon reserves the right to demand products to be hidden and sales be ceased, should Shumicon consider the products to be generated with AI.
• Selling pirated goods is strictly prohibited. Shumicon reserves the right to demand products to be hidden and sales be ceased should Shumicon find products to be pirated.
• Reselling products bought from the event’s Flea market is strictly prohibited. Shumicon reserves the right to demand products to be hidden and sales be ceased should Shumicon find products to be re-sold flea market products.
