Participating in the Program
All programs and areas located inside Dipoli require an event admission ticket.
Seat Tickets and Capacity Restrictions: Due to limited venue capacity, some auditorium programs require a separate free seat ticket, which will be distributed during the event. Access to individual event spaces may also be temporarily restricted if they reach capacity too quickly.
Separate fees: Certain program activities, such as workshops, may require separate material or participation fees. Any additional costs will be clearly stated in connection with the relevant program.
Ticket Exchange and Wristband
Your admission ticket must be exchanged at the venue for an event wristband, which grants entry to Shumicon throughout the duration of the event. The ticket must be presented either in printed or digital form to receive your wristband. The wristband allows you to leave and re-enter the event area during opening hours
The wristband is personal, and only one wristband may be issued per admission ticket. Please keep the wristband on your wrist for the entire event. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Broken, detached, or overly tightened wristbands will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
